1.3 million of Tanzania's children are orphans, and 25% never become literate. Since 2008 Hope Home Trust has granted over £360,000 to provide a loving home for 56 children between ages 1 to 18, and education from nursery level to university. Today 30 are residential and 50 come daily for preschool daycare enabling parents to go out to work. Kitaa Hope Home, a children's home in Moshi, is our partner in Tanzania. Hope Home Trust, a Charities Commission registered non-profit organization, seeks to advance in life and relieve the needs of orphaned children in Tanzania through provision of homes, education and Christian care specifically through Kilimanjaro International Tanzania Aid Agency. 100% of all donations goes directly to meet these aims in Tanzania. Any administrative and fundraising costs are met by the trustees.
